On Thursday 21st May we visited Mayhill Junior School in Odiham. We started off the day by performing for the whole school during their assembly. The set included 'Birds', 'My Father' and 'America' as well as 'Mummy Can't Drive' and 'Belly Button' from Jenny's wider repertoire. The children had been learning the songs as part of their preparations for Odiham's Magna Carta celebrations and were even able to sing along with some of the MCTS songs!

 

This performance was followed by a series of workshops were groups of children produced medieval soundscapes, background images and characters from the Magna Carta story.
